My client is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer


  • Represent the CEO’s office in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Manage the CEO’s schedule and appointments, while considering organizational priorities
  • Prepare monthly expense reports and draft correspondence in a timely manner
  • Conduct research and compile data for reports, projects, and presentations
  • Attend quarterly board and committee meetings and act as Recording Secretary
  • Contribute to the development and revision of governance materials
  • Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation and governance best practices
  • Prepare materials such as agendas, meeting packages, reports, and background documents
  • Provide the CEO with necessary background information and research before scheduled appointments
  • Serve as the primary contact and support for the Board of Directors and its various committees


  • Bilingualism is required (fluency in English and French, both written and spoken)
  • University degree or college diploma in office/administrative management
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recent experience supporting the CEO and Board in a not-for-profit organization
  • Demonstrated technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong team player with a track record of confidentiality, integrity, professionalism, and diplomacy
