My client is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
Responsibilities:
- Represent the CEO’s office in a professional and customer-focused manner
- Manage the CEO’s schedule and appointments, while considering organizational priorities
- Prepare monthly expense reports and draft correspondence in a timely manner
- Conduct research and compile data for reports, projects, and presentations
- Attend quarterly board and committee meetings and act as Recording Secretary
- Contribute to the development and revision of governance materials
- Keep up-to-date with relevant legislation and governance best practices
- Prepare materials such as agendas, meeting packages, reports, and background documents
- Provide the CEO with necessary background information and research before scheduled appointments
- Serve as the primary contact and support for the Board of Directors and its various committees
Qualifications:
- Bilingualism is required (fluency in English and French, both written and spoken)
- University degree or college diploma in office/administrative management
- Minimum of 3-5 years of recent experience supporting the CEO and Board in a not-for-profit organization
- Demonstrated technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and virtual meeting platforms
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong team player with a track record of confidentiality, integrity, professionalism, and diplomacy
