Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Work with assigned client group and support activities (schedule repair, order entry, provide quotes, shipping invoices)
  • Handle administrative duties and data entry
  • Maintain client database and contacts and build strong long lasting relationships within the industry

Required Experience:

  • Customer service or office experience (2 years +)
  • Strong computer competency (MS Office) and good with number  
  • Excellent Bilingual skills in both French and English (will be tested)
  • Can do attitude
  • Enthusiasm to join a winning team
