DUTIES:

Provide product and service information to consumers through email or on the phone.

Enter orders in order entry system in a timely manner.

Maintain databases and support company sales goals and objectives.

Volume: 20 orders per day.
REQUIREMENTS:

Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).

Experience with AS400.

Manufacturing experience is an asset.

Good numerical skills and adaptable to computer databases.

Excellent multi-tasker!
