DUTIES:

Provide product and service information to consumers through email or on the phone.

Enter orders through the order entry system in a timely manner.

Answer general product and website enquiries.

Transfer technical enquiry calls to the tech support team.

Volume: 60-80 calls per day.
REQUIREMENTS:

Fluently bilingual in French and English, with excellent French verbal skills.

1-2 years of experience in Customer Service/Call Center.

Available to work flexible hours.
