Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Hybrid

DUTIES:

  • Provide product and service information to consumers through email or on the phone.

  • Enter orders through the order entry system in a timely manner.

  • Answer general product and website enquiries.

  • Transfer technical enquiry calls to the tech support team.

  • Volume: 60-80 calls per day.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English, with excellent French verbal skills.

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service/Call Center.

  • Available to work flexible hours.
