Bilingual Customer Service Representative 

1-2 per month in office, outside of 50km can look at remote

Key Role Responsibilities / Activities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts.

  • Verification of financial details, updating files and maintaining the database.

  • Resolve all financial discrepancies.

  • Various administrative duties.
     

Required Experience / Competencies

  • 6 Months experience in customer service.

  • Excellent communication abilities in English and in French.

  • Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Outgoing & engaging attitude!
