Key Role Responsibilities / Activities

Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their accounts.

Verification of financial details, updating files and maintaining the database.

Resolve all financial discrepancies.

Various administrative duties.
Required Experience / Competencies

6 Months experience in customer service.

Excellent communication abilities in English and in French.

Recent Graduates are encouraged to apply.
