Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leader in the luxury retail world, is seeking to add a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to their growing team on a full-time permanent basis.

DUTIES: 

  • Assist clientele via phone, email, fax, and social media regarding product availability and orders.

  • Process orders and ensure accuracy.

  • Address and resolve all consumer complaints.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluently Bilingual (French & English).

  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
