About the Opportunity
We are in search of a Bilingual Credit and collections Clerk to join our Finance team. This is a full-time position based at our Head Office in Newmarket.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing collections for commercial accounts in Ontario and Quebec, as well as irrigation and dealer accounts in Quebec.
  • Handling security registrations for commercial sales.
  • Conducting reconciliations.
  • Preparing monthly and year-end reports.
  • Releasing orders.
  • Undertaking special projects as needed.

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a medium-sized organization.
  • Experience working with an ERP system.
  • Familiarity with general accounting practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
  • Fluency in both French and English, both written and verbal.
