Bilingual Consumer Customer Service Associate

Are you passionate about customer service and fluent in both French and English? We're looking for a dedicated, bilingual Consumer Customer Service Associate to join our growing team!

As a Consumer Customer Service Associate, you will provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base through phone and email support. Your professionalism and excellent communication skills will contribute to the resolution of customer issues in a timely and thorough manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to our valued consumers.
• Manage incoming calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Provide customers with accurate product and order information.
• Display flexibility, creativity, and empathy when resolving customer issues and communicating policies.
• Offer solutions for order fulfillment or issue resolution.
• Suggest alternative products when appropriate.
• Inform customers about new products, promotions, and sales.
• Develop personal skills in SAP, Internet systems, and the footwear industry.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of all transactions.

Requirements:
• Bilingual – excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
• Post-Secondary diploma or degree.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally (both verbally and written).
• Capability to prioritize work and adjust priorities as needed.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure, patience, and understanding when dealing with diverse customers.
