Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Our client, located in downtown Toronto, is a leading insurance solutions institution. They are currently looking to add a strong customer service representative to their team!
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
– Take incoming calls and resolve customer (B2B) account discrepancies
– Set up new accounts and process transactions for existing clients
– Process all payment transactions, banking requests, and financial adjustments.
– Various administrative duties as required
– Input/maintain existing database
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
– 1 year of customer service experience out of financial, banking or insurance industries with excellent communication skills
– Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
– High attention to detail and strong organization skills
