DUTIES:

Responsible for inbound and outbound calls in French / English.

Process orders.

Handle escalated issues, pricing questions and general inquiries.

Call volume: 65 calls per day.
REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent verbal and written language skills in both English and French.

1 year minimum of experience in a high volume call centre.

Technical aptitude.
