Key Role Responsibilities:
- Work with business clients in terms of customer service, order processing and technical issues
- Be the go to person for product information and support
- Maintain client database and liaise with different department to delivery exceptional client service.
Required Experience:
- Customer service or office experience will look at recent bright graduates!
- Strong computer competency (MS Office)
- Excellent Bilingual skills in both French and English (will be tested)
- Positive attitude
- Enthusiasm to join a winning team
