Bilingual Customer Support Analyst – Remote

Our client, a leader in their field, is actively seeking a reliable and problem-solving Bilingual Customer Support Analyst to join their ever-expanding team.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:         

  • Provide customer service to clients.

  • Respond to written and telephone requests. 

  • Inbound/Outbound calls.  

  • Resolving escalated issues.

  • Other Special Projects as needed.

Required Experience / Competencies / Education:

  • Strong verbal and written in both English and French.

  • 1-2 + years of Call Center or Customer Service experience.

  • Versatile and flexible to multiple responsibilities and hours.

Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:

  • The ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Great entry level role for a recent graduate.
