BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SPECIALIST (French/English)
50-60 k – 5-8 % RRSP match, located north of the city – flexible start times, hybrid position
Not a call center. 7-10 calls per day of a diverse nature. Our client is a leader in the Automotive Sector. They require a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. This is a full time permanent job.
DUTIES:
- Provide tier-1 customer relations and support experience
- Liase with Dealers regarding customer feedback and follow up
- Handle a high volume of customer service calls on a daily basis
- Meets goals, targets and metrics set forth by the department
- Building a solid business pipeline to achieve and further company goals
COMPUTER SKILLS (Intermediate):
- Ability to work through various call types in a contact centre setting
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
REQUIREMENTS:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent verbal language skills in both French and English
- experience in automotive or financial industry
