Bilingual Associate, Loyalty & Retention
Our client,located in Toronto is looking for an ambitious, motivated, and confident Bilingual Service rep. to join their team! Fantastic opportunity for fluently bilingual individuals with call center experience looking to take on a better challenge and get rewarded for it!
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Connecting with dealers and customers in regards to applications for financing and existing contracts
- Educate customers on their options and obligations with respect to the terms of the contract
- Directly support the Quebec market with all inquiries in relation to Leasing contracts
- Work directly with credit managers in adhering to all lending procedures
- Maintain strong relations with existing key accounts to help grow the market share
- General Administrative duties as required
- Preference for individuals with leasing coordination experience, but also open to candidates with excellent French/English with some sort of customer service experience
- Excellent Communication skills in both French and English
- The ability to build good relations with customers
- Excellent organizational skills
