Bilingual Automotive Administrator 60 k – Hybrid

The primary function of this role is to administer, coordinate, and track the deployment of customer GPS units and Decals. In addition, some processing of dealer/customer reimbursements, issuance of Dealer transfer allowances, credits, unit warranty registrations, and customer sales invoices will occur with assigned accounts. 

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Accountability #1. Customer Administration (70%)

  1. Coordinate and track department purchasing of GPS vendors and decals including inventory management for all National Accounts.
  2. Coordinate and track the direct shipment of customer GPS units and decals for all National Accounts.
  3. Coordinate and track the activation of all customer GPS units with vendors for all National Accounts.
  4. Organize, collate, and track purchase orders flow and communication from customer base for assigned accounts: government and commercial.
  5. Coordinate and effectively communicate with the dealer network equipment delivery, GPS and decals, preparation, and PDI to fulfill customer orders for assigned accounts: government and commercial.
  6. Supervise dealer transfer back process and Customer equipment invoice generation and tracking for assigned accounts: Government and Commercial.
  7. Assist in the preparation of Territory 80 monthly reporting package.
  8. Build relationships rapport with Dealers and Customers for future needs and process enhancements.

Accountability #2. Corporate National Account Administration (20%)

  1. Administration of all National Accounts documentation and support services required to allow customer sales, dealer participation, and engagement of National Account program.
  2. National Account customer and dealer reimbursements for assigned accounts.
  3. National Account equipment warranty registration and administration for assigned accounts.
  4. Equipment invoice generation, issuance, recording, and tracking for assigned accounts.

Accountability #3. Policy Discount Administration (10%)

  1. Maintain National Account channel discount practices for the company and the dealer network. Ability to provide accurate data on the success rates of discounts offered based on dealer, product, location, or customer type/application/class.
  2. Order tracking per PO, per account per sales channel.
  3. Performance tracking for dealers and corporate discount analysis.
