Bilingual Administrative Coordinator
Our client, located in Montreal, is looking for a strong Bilingual Administrative Coordinator to support their project management team! Key Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creation of all projects (contracts, budget, PO's, etc)
- Provide product support to all project managers
- Manage all documentation, presentations, proposals, expense reports
- Resolve any budget adjustments with the finance team
- Generate monthly reports
- Coordinate all approvals, signature in finalizing ongoing projects
Required Experience:
- 1 year experience admin experience, commercial finance
- Excellent Bilingual skills in both French and English
- The ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational skills
