Bilingual Administrative Coordinator (Remote) 

Our Client is looking for a polished Administrative Coordinator to provide a high level of administrative support and assistance in supporting their members.  Remote opportunity that requires a highly organized and independent individual for an exciting role! 

 

Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:

  • Provide strong administrative support internally to Directors and members 
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, some data entry
  • Coordinating meetings, conferences, events (virtual) 
  • Maintaining online communication in both French & English 
  • Working daily with Microsoft Excel

Required Experience / Competencies / Education:

  • Min. of 1 year admin support experience
  • Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills

Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:

  • Some post-secondary (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills
