Bilingual Administrative Coordinator (Remote)
Our Client is looking for a polished Administrative Coordinator to provide a high level of administrative support and assistance in supporting their members. Remote opportunity that requires a highly organized and independent individual for an exciting role!
Key Role Responsibilities / Activities / Deliverables:
- Provide strong administrative support internally to Directors and members
- Schedule meetings, appointments, some data entry
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, events (virtual)
- Maintaining online communication in both French & English
- Working daily with Microsoft Excel
Required Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Min. of 1 year admin support experience
- Fluently Bilingual (French / English)
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:
- Some post-secondary (preferred)
- Ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills
