BILINGUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Key Roles and Responsibilities:          

  • Planning and execution of various company events, trade shows and expos

  • Support senior level individuals with booking calendar, meeting and travel arrangement  

  • Prepare market analysis reports and presentations    

  • Work very closely with the sales, marketing and events teams 

Required Experience / Competencies / Education:

  • Strong verbal and written English and French

  • Versatile and flexible to multiple responsibilities

  • Willing to grow within the company

Highly Desired Experience / Competencies / Education:

  • The ability to communicate in additional languages

  • The ability to multitask

  • 2+ years in administration
