Bilingual Account Manager (Hybrid – Supply Chain/Logistics)

Key Role Responsibilities 

  • Handle commercial installs for new and existing clients
  • Find solutions for all supply chain & logistic challenges 
  • Coordinate any service repairs, installations, or warranty issues
  • Provide direct support to Sales, Technical, and Supply chain teams
  • Manage various install projects with all stakeholders involved  
  • Monitor, track, and resolve any shipment issues


Required Experience / Competencies / Education:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience in processing orders for commercial clients
  • Fluently bilingual 
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills & MS Office skills
