To start your career journey with Bilingual Source, we will first set up a phone interview with you. This is the first step on your way to finding your next job. Together we will identify your career goals: what you want to achieve and how you want to get there. Throughout this telephone interview, you will have the chance to showcase your language abilities in both English and French. Everything we will cover will help us draw a map of your career plans so we can choose the best fit.
Getting to know you face to face
Once you have had the phone interview, we will want to meet you for a little tête-à-tête. Here we’ll assess your soft skills and start to get to know you. We will review your job history and do a professional review to have a better picture of what you want to achieve.The interview includes a written, freehand language test that is made to assess your communication skills in both languages. The goal is to understand your personality and skills in order to find the role that’s right for you.
Finding job opportunities for you
